小番茄TW+FF:Bueberry Muffin (9M)
Blueberry Muffin
鸡蛋 1粒
低筋面粉 100g
水 30g
橄榄油 30g
蓝莓 30g
无铝泡打粉 5g
黄糖 40g(给宝宝吃的,所以糖的分量可以再减)
1.将鸡蛋+水+油+糖混合搅拌均匀
2.蓝莓稍微压一下,加入蛋糊里
3.加入面粉和泡打粉搅拌均匀
4.把面糊倒入纸杯9分满
5.放入以预热的烤箱 180度20分钟
